Isometrics and Bodyweight training

I have written a short article on isometrics and body weight training. This is free and will make you believe that weights are a thing of the past. Body weight training is far superior to weights if they are used correctly. Weight Training is one of the most dangerous ways of exercise if you're a newbie. They are an excellent way to exercise, but they need more attention and care if we are not experienced in handling them.
By using your body weight to exercise, you will harness the power of your own body to make the best out of it. Bodyweight, when properly used, can give you the best result that you want.

Isometrics and bodyweight training are two popular forms of exercise that are gaining popularity in the fitness world. Both are effective ways to get in shape and build strength, but they have some critical differences.

Isometrics is an exercise where you contract a muscle without moving it. An example is pushing against a wall or holding a plank. Isometrics are great for building strength and endurance but don't work well for developing explosive power or muscle size.

On the other hand, bodyweight training is a type of exercise where you use your bodyweight as resistance. Examples include push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and lunges. Bodyweight exercises work well to develop strength, power, and size, but they do less to build endurance.

There's no right or wrong answer when choosing between isometrics and bodyweight training. It's best to combine both to get the most out of your workouts. By incorporating both forms of exercise, you'll be able to build strength, power, and size and increase your endurance and flexibility.

Overall, isometrics and bodyweight training are great ways to get in shape and build strength. The key is to find the right balance between the two and use them with other forms of exercise. Doing so will ensure you get the most out of your workouts and reach your fitness goals.

I have written a short article that you can read to make this more transparent.

A Very Good Site to Visit and Start your Bodyweight Training routines

I came across to see a very good site that you should read (it's a must). All of the materials sold for hundred of thousands on the internet is now given free to Todd Kuliskis. I have found the site a few months ago and begin to subscribe to his newsletters. Most of the new workout routine are interesting and most of the ideas that I have read on his site is sold for a few bucks over the internet. Now for a poor individuals like me who are passionate in their physical well-being, you should spare a few moments to check the site and maybe you can find a good program which will fit into your routine and time frame. I tell you, all of the programs are carefully written by a man who knows what's he's talking about. I found all of the posts as a little treasure that you can own without even have to pay a single dollar. Most of us love "free stuff" as well. Music, movies and almost anything that is free will be really great. Why will you pay for some products that are not tested?

The programs are well known and they are just packaged in a different way. This is like a try before you buy concept in terms of fitness. This is your chance to start working out and melt away those fats without having to spend much money joining those rip-off gym programs which are designed to make money out of you. Bodyweight exercise is as effective as those machines that you see on the gyms. You will have the same fitness level as those gym rats if you know what you're doing without even paying a single cent to those money making gyms. At your own time and phase. No more bullies that consume much of your time waiting for them to finish their multiset exercises. And best of all you can exercise at your own time at home. No rushing and going to the traffic to travel to a gym near you.

Now it's time to point your browser to this site: http://ashotofadrenaline.net/

Wish you all the luck and fitness are in your hands!

Isometrics And Isometric Training: Alexander Zass The Father Of Isometrics

Alexander Zass-The Amazing Samson 1888 - 1962

Zass was born in Vilna, Poland in 1888, but lived most of his early years in Russia and after 1924 in Britain. He lifted a 500 pound girder with his teeth, carried a small horse, caught a woman fired from a cannon and allowed professional boxers to hit him in the stomach, but his greatest talents were in bending steel bars and breaking chains which were the center piece of his music hall exhibitions.

Tree Climber

At first he developed himself by climbing trees, running and with home made dumbells and barbells. Later he trained under some of the great Russian professional strongmen including Krelov, Anokhin, and Demetrioff who taught their systems in person and through correspondence. Anokhin taught his system to George Lurich who eventually became famous as a world champion strongman and wrestler.

Isometrics And Maximum Tension
Zass was very innovative and started bending green branches and twigs to develop his grip strength. Perhaps this was the start of his great belief in the application of isometrics and "maximum tension" (a concept that is present in Russian training methods to this day) for the development of strength. He believed such an approach superior to the use of weights in developing strength.

Walls in Prison are good exerciser

Whilst a prisoner of war he continued to develop his strength with the use of isometrics by pulling on the bars and chains. This episode and the knowledge that he obtained from it later became the basis of his mail order course which featured isometrics in the form of pulling on chains of various lengths.

Zass lived a very full and exciting life on many fronts. In addition to being a strongman he was also an accomplished animal trainer. At one time he worked for military intelligence in Russia and later as cover for his manager, Captain Howard, who was a British secret agent.

Unfortunately at the age of 74, Zass died, murdered in 1962.

The amazing thing is the fact that most old time strong lived very long lives. this is in sharp contrast to today’s steroid crazed professional bodybuilders.

by: Jose Godofredo Tuliao

Over the years, mankind keep on searching for ways to countour their bodies to achieve the v-shaped classical shape of the Olympians in the old greek mythology books. The Herculean look has fascinated humans, over the hundred centuries man researched and virtually experimented their bodies as the canvass for their imaginations. Creating the perfect body was a real nightmare to the weak ones. There's a lot of ways to create a perfect body. It's on the diet, drugs and weights, hundreds of hours in the gym and so on. It's really a natural obsession not only to man but also to the feminine alike. This created the individuals to create their own gym, spa, fitness center. But on the other side many of their student has failed to achieve all the things they are dreaming of. Instead some injured themselves and leaves the gym in the premature time. Often students have done the exercises in a very haphazard manner. They keep on following the old exerciese techniques that the past bodybuilders have thought they are using in their entire training regimens. One of them of course was the very famous "Arnold Zwarzennegger" but our body has very different than with them. It should be keep in mind that we have no same body compositions have like them. All of us have different metabolism, Body mass, height, weight, motivation etc. Exercising is one of the best ways that usually we do with our body to achieve all the symetry that we like to happen. We have lot of exercise training regimen in the market but only some of them works really best and some of them may cause trouble instead of better development.
