I have written a short article on isometrics and body weight training. This is totally free and it will make you believe that weights are the thing of the past. Body weight training is far superior to weights if they are used in a correct way. I want to reiterate that weights are one of the most dangerous ways of exercise if you're a newbie. They are a good way to exercise but they need more attention and care if we are not experienced in handling them.
By using your own body weight to exercise, you will harness the power of your own body to make the best out of it. Bodyweight when properly used can give you the best result that you want.
